An allowed window for heavy neutral leptons below the kaon mass

A bstract The extension of the Standard Model with two gauge-singlet Majorana fermions can simultaneously explain beyond-the-Standard-model phenomena: neutrino masses and oscillations, as well origin matter-antimatter asymmetry in Universe. parameters such a model are constrained by oscillation data, direct accelerator searches, big bang nucleosynthesis, requirement successful baryogenesis. We show that their combination still leaves an allowed region parameter space below kaon mass. This be probed further searches NA62, DUNE, or SHiP experiments.
